FIBC Bags

We are manufacturing FIBCs/Big bags of various models for International & domestic market. Our products are made according to EFIBCA and BS: EN 1898 standards of various models like "U" Panel, Circular cross corner loops, Circular woven wide with laminated bags, Q Bags and UN bags for capacity ranging from 500 kgs to 2000 kgs.

FIBC's 4 Loop 'Q' Bags
The Q bag design is constructed utilising inner baffles which help maintain the cubic form once the FIBC has been filled. These baffles are manufactured specifically to allow the material to flow into the corners of the bag. Within this design mechanism and because of the cubic shape of the bag, the Q bag requires less storage space and can reduce transportation costs upto 30% in comparison with a standard big bag.

FIBC's 4 Loop Top Skirt And Plain Bottom
These are produced out of Ventilated Polypropylene (PP) woven fabrics. These fabrics are specially designed to permit the required air flow through the fabric into the bag. A duffel, or flap is often used as a top closure, and a bottom spout is utilised as a discharge facility. For potato seeds, PP netting is used on two side panels to allow greater air permeability.

Potato suppliers have found great advantages using FIBC’s for handling, storing and transporting their products as opposed to the antiquated 25/50kgs woven sacks or potato boxes. They are commonly used in Egypt, Israel, and in many European and Scandinavian countries.
